Aura Champions - AI PC Powerplay

Instructions on how to participate form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Promoter

The promoter is Ripple TX Pty Ltd (ABN 72 665 217 087) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“Promoter”), running this promotion on behalf of Lenovo.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on 11 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”), unless extended at the Promoter’s discretion.

Eligibility

Participation is open to:

  • Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over;
  • Employees or representatives of authorised Lenovo channel partners; and
  • Participants actively promoting eligible Lenovo Aura Edition AI PCs.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Lenovo, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Nature of Promotion

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining eligibility or reward allocation.

Rewards are limited and subject to availability. Participation in the promotion does not guarantee receipt of a reward.

How to Participate

Eligible Participants may complete one or more of the levels below during the Promotion Period. Completion of Level 1 is mandatory before progressing to Levels 2 or 3.

Redemption claims must be submitted in full, in accordance with the instructions on the Aura Champions website. Incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or late submissions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

Level 1 Training

To complete Level 1, Eligible Participants must:

  • Complete the nominated Aura Champions training module as specified on the Aura Champions website; and
  • Submit the required proof of completion via the designated redemption form.

Level 1 rewards are capped at five (5) per organisation.

Level 2 Meeting Maker

To complete Level 2, Eligible Participants must:

  • Arrange and complete a meeting with a customer or prospective customer for the purpose of discussing Lenovo AI PCs; and
  • Invite either a Lenovo Technical Advocate or a Lenovo Partner Account Manager (PAM) to attend the meeting; and
  • Once the meeting has been completed, submit a redemption claim via the Aura Champions website.

No customer or prospect data is required to be submitted as part of the redemption process.

Only one (1) successful redemption claim per organisation is permitted for Level 2.


Level 2 rewards are limited in quantity and will be allocated in the order in which valid and compliant redemption claims are received and verified by the Promoter, until the available allocation is exhausted.

Level 3 Sell

To complete Level 3, Eligible Participants must:

  • Sell a minimum of twenty-five (25) eligible Lenovo Aura Edition AI PCs during the Promotion Period; and
  • Ensure that all eligible sales are new orders placed with Lenovo. Existing stock, inventory held prior to the Promotion Period, or retroactive sales are not eligible; and
  • Ensure that the sale relates to one or more of the following eligible devices only:
    • ThinkPad X9-14
    • ThinkPad X9-15
    • ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13
    • ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10; and
  • Submit a redemption claim including the required supporting documentation via the Aura Champions website.

Sales may not be aggregated across multiple partner entities, business units, or accounts for the purposes of meeting Level 3 eligibility requirements.

Revenue and eligibility will be validated based on reports provided by Lenovo authorised distributors or Lenovo invoicing where Eligible Participants purchase directly from Lenovo.

Only one (1) successful redemption claim per organisation is permitted for Level 3.

Level 3 rewards are limited in quantity and will be allocated in the order in which valid and compliant redemption claims are received and verified by the Promoter, until the relevant allocation is exhausted.

Eligible Products

Only Lenovo Aura Edition AI PCs listed in these Terms & Conditions and/or on the Aura Champions website are eligible for this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the list of eligible products during the Promotion Period.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of all submissions and redemption claims;
  • Request reasonable additional information to confirm eligibility and compliance; and
  • Disqualify any Eligible Participant who submits incomplete, misleading, false, or non-compliant information, or who attempts to manipulate or undermine the promotion.

Rewards

Rewards:

  • Are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash; and
  • May be substituted with a reward of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion if the advertised reward becomes unavailable.

Winner Determination and Notification

Eligible Participants whose redemption claims are approved in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed provisional winners.

All winners will be announced at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, following final verification of eligibility and compliance.


The Promoter’s determination of eligibility, the order of valid redemption claims, and reward allocation is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

‍

Rewards must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited and will not be reallocated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance of any reward.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and related communications.

By participating, Eligible Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for these purposes.

General

  • Submission of a redemption claim does not guarantee receipt of a reward.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, system outages, or delays beyond its reasonable control that may impact participation or claim submission.
  • Participation in this promotion does not create any employment, agency, or performance entitlement between the Eligible Participant and Lenovo.
  • The Promoter may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this promotion are final.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and Eligible Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
